ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Applicants / Recipients are required to demonstrate/provide proof of eligibility. To be eligible for sponsorship with BCNEA, applicants must:
Be a member of Bigstone Cree Nation – Treaty card, mandatory;
Have been accepted into a BCNEA-approved non-private Accredited Canadian post-secondary institution;
Post-Secondary Program must be a minimum of 2 years in length (i.e.: 16+ months);
Must be a resident of Canada for 12 Consecutive months
Partial funding may be provided when warranted.

Have the following Documentation Ready on your computer or smartphone to upload during the Application process.
Your BANK INFORMATION (Void Cheque or document from BANK) if you are requesting DIRECT DEPOSIT
CLEAR PICTURE FRONT and BACK of your Status Card
COURSE LIST (Full time Students must show registration in three Courses)
Fee Assessment (Tuition/Books/Supplies/travel - Labs/Practicum costs)
Acceptance Letter (Mandatory and No Exceptions! - it must be unconditional) - NEW APPLICATIONS
Statement of Marks/Transcripts (Mandatory - last school attended) - NEW APPLICATIONS
Children's Birth Certificates (if applicable)
Letter of Intent - Why you want to attend school / Your Goals ... You will be provided a place to type this out or CUT/PASTE - optionally you can upload a document you have already prepared.
IF you are returning you must provide STATEMENT of MARKS and PROOF of Continued Registration

ONLINE APPLICATION FORM INSTRUCTIONS
Our online form is powered by JOTFORM - a secure location to store and transmit your application information.
IF you choose to, you can start your form, SAVE, and then return to your form. You can use either a GOOGLE or FACEBOOK account or create a JOTFORM account. JotForm will email you a link to continue your application if you SAVE and wish to continue later.
This process will allow you to begin your application and review all the required documentation - SAVE and come back when you have it all together!
